Powder coating of metal
Industrial powder coating is carried out in an industrial hall with a total area of 2200 m2.
In the hall there is an industrial plant for powder coating and one part of the hall is a warehouse where materials are stored during delivery and shipment to customers.

The drive consists of:
- chemical pretreatment of metals
- drying chamber for predetermined metal • automatic lines for hanging metal
- booths for electronic paint application
- polymerization furnace
- wrapping and packaging machine
- wastewater treatment plants
The powder coating process begins with a chemical pretreatment of the metal, which is done by immersion in baths. The chemical pre-treatment consists of 5 baths, each of which contains the exact prescribed composition of the chemical, the working temperature and the exact time the metal spends in each bath. The chemical pre-treatment is chromate-free, which speaks of a high degree of awareness of environmental protection. When the metal undergoes chemical pre-treatment, it enters the drying chamber and travels on an automatic hanging line through the cabin for applying the desired color and the polymerization chamber. An important quality factor is the perfect cleanliness of the drive, which we attach great importance to.
After the powder coating process is completed, the metal has clean and clear colors with a high quality of paint adhesion to the metal.
According to the agreement with the customers, we are able to provide a transport service from the customer’s headquarters to the plasticizing plant and back.

We perform powder coating in all colors and shades, using materials and raw materials from the most famous manufacturers of paints for metal powder coating, of which we have all valid certificates.
